I’m about three hours away from getting on a plane to Houston. I doubt I’ll be checking my blog during the course of the next two or three days, although I imagine I’ll be Twittering using my mobile phone every now and then.

Hiya Squirm.
I’ve been following your plight and all I can say is WOW. It took me a LONG time, but I read the whole PA thread. You’ve taken a bit of flack from some MS Lovers, but there will always be the wackjobs out there who continue to love things unconditionally.
I have absolutely no advice for you that hasn’t already been given so all I can say is Hang In There. You’re doing the right thing.
If I read correctly you work for Disney (maybe I misread). As a former employee…ahem…Cast Member, I can tell you a thing or two about customer service…ahem…Guest Service. I think you understand that as well. Don’t let MS walk all over you. It would cost MS NOTHING to give you a credit toward the content you’ve lost.
