Because a Wizard Did It

Below is a picture of actual text on an actual church sign that I actually drive past on my actual way home from the place where I actually work. Click to embiggen.

Have you ever seen a more self-contradictory sign in your life?

Did I mention, it also travels in time?

I took photos of my TARDIS playset. Feel free to have a gander.

Doncaster!

Finally, the photos are up. At least, the photos Ang and Pat took. I still can’t get to mine. Oh, for a data cable for my camera!

Photos, Photos, Everywhere

But not a drop to… look at. Sort of.

I’m reinstalling Gallery, as my CHMOD shenanigans buggered it up, and then I’ll stick up the photos Ang took. I’ve actually found my camera but it’s getting the data off of it which now presents a challenge. I’m fairly certain my camera’s data transfer cable is somewhere in my Big Bag O’ Cables™, a bag older than time itself containing cables from systems long gone, and some that I am sure connect to systems not yet designed or constructed by man. Sadly the bag has vanished, perhaps having returned to the daemonic dimensions from which it came. We’ll soon see, as I will tear my room apart - neatly, of course - to find it.

Picture Perfec’

posted by Ben

My camera may have gone missing under Mysterious Circumstances, and my Data Cable may also have vanished stopping Teri and I from transferring photos from the cameras anyway, but Ang and Pat got some rather swanky photos.

Rather than just plop them on the site, however, I’m going to get myself sorted out with a proper photo gallery. I’ve become disillusioned with Flickr, which is not as fantastic as everyone says it is, and I’m in the process of setting up Gallery on the new server. Once it’s up, I’ll stick Ang and Pat’s photos up for all to see.
